Our Paper Defect Inspection System utilizes advanced machine vision technology to efficiently and accurately detect surface defects in paper inline. By analyzing characteristics such as the size, shape, and grayscale value of defects, the system achieves precise classification, localization, measurement, and grading of defects, providing robust technical support for quality control.

The system integrates a new generation of high-resolution CCD line-scan smart cameras, paired with long-life LED light source modules. Utilizing advanced machine vision technology, it is capable of inline inspection of surface defects on various types of films, delivering precise product quality information. Its modular design allows for customizable configurations tailored to the material width, production speed, and defect size of the inspected products.
